Application:
Fiber glass braid silicone rubber wire is good for heat resistant, used in high temperature environment
of electrical appliance like:
Cooker, iron, washing machine, air conditioner. It's also used for electric motor leading cable, lighting,
transformer; Wire harness,
inner connection use etc.
Construction
Conductor: Bare copper, tinned annealed copper, silver, nickel coated copper
Meet with environment protection rules.
Meet with IEC standards class 5, flexible and high conductivity.
Insulator: Silicone rubber compound
We adopted different brands of raw materials of silicone rubber, like GE, WACKER, Blue Star etc.,
Jacket: The out layer is treated by silicone resin coating, resin adopted Japanese Toshiba brand, enhanced in good dielectric strength
and make cable wire with more smooth surface, even color. It's also improved insulation electrical characters.
Braiding layer: Fiber glass yarn, it's made of Non-alkali & Non-wax fiber glass yarn, single yarn dia. Is 8 μ M, tensile strength is 0.62N/tex.
Yarn twist is 90 r/m...Fiber glass is good in anti-corrosion and abrasion resistant and also heat resistant to 500C degree.
